Delivery

We use first class post wherever possible, so orders from within the UK should be received within 3-5 days of placing your order.

We endeavour to maintain up to date stock levels on the website. In the event that you order an item which is out of stock, we will place the order direct with our suppliers and UK delivery will take 5-7 days.

Delivery Charges are based on the weight of the package and destination and are calculated in the check out process.

Returns

Return of any faulty products will receive a full refund.

We also accept general returns. If you do wish to return any unwanted items please email info@bettyandbelle.co.uk for a returns authorisation and instruction on how to return them.

Goods must be returned to us within 21 days of delivery.  We do ask that you ensure that all returned products are in re-sellable condition, and have their tags and original packaging intact.

We do not provide free post and packaging for returns.

For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on intimate items (such as briefs etc) or self adhesive products.
