VAT Exemption

Women who have had breast surgery (mastectomy or lumpectomy) are eligable NOT to pay the VAT on mastectomy bras, mastectomy swimwear and prostheses.  This means we are able to sell you mastectomy products without adding on 15% VAT.

However, if this is the case you will have to certify that you have had a mastectomy/lumpectomy and wish to claim relief from VAT under Group 12 of Schedule 8 of the Value Added Tax Act 1994.  You can do this by completing the form below and pressing the "Submit" button.

this is really important to us as without it we will have to pay the VAT ourselves.

You only need to complete this form once no matter how many times you purchase a product from us.
