"Having had surgery a few years ago, I have put on some weight and subsequently struggled to find bras that fitted with my new prosthesis (many manufacturers only go up to certain sizes). I found Betty & Belle on a google search and have been absolutely delighted with their service and the approach from Geraldine. Through phone calls and the postal service, Geraldine has been able to suggest alternatives and has helped me find a couple of bras that not only fit me well but meet my requirements in terms of appearance, as being in my early forties, this does count! "It would seem that most people have already spoken about the fantastic service and great variety of gorgeous lingerie you stock but I wanted to put in my 2pennorth.  I visited Betty and Belle after searching the internet for someone who might be able to help me after a lot of surgery.  When I arrived at the shop I was offered a cup of tea and then the most delightful person, Geraldine, took me upstairs and asked me some questions. She made me feel at ease immeadiately and like I was the most important person in the world.  She listened and then made suggestions and literally turned my life around by making me feel feminine again.  I can't thank all the staff enough but especially Geraldine who has the most amazing  empathy and skill at pointing someone in the right direction to buy what they need and what they want.  This is not always the same thing but with her creative thinking and tenacity she gets you there maybe not the first or even second time but will keep trying until she and the customer are happy.  I have bought 3 bras, 2 soft vests, a stick on prothesis and a prothesis to  wear when swimming.  If you feel as despairing as I did I recommend you visit Betty and Belle.  Thanks again girls, good job."   Karen H.

Beautiful packaging and super bras and the first time I have ever been told how to alter pocket sizing which I assume will stop flopping over the dinner table! Our local chain of shops selling mastectomy bras has recently been a victim of the recession.  But as they told me( post-mastectomy four years ago) that ladies with mastectomies only wore white bras - I'm not too unhappy as it forced me into finding you and your fantastic range.
