Delivery

Betty and Belle endeavours to send out your goods by the end of the day that we receive payment. We use first class post wherever possible, so orders from within the UK should be received within 3-4 days of placing your order.

We endeavour to maintain up to date stock levels on the website. In the event that you order an item which is out of stock, we will place the order direct with our suppliers and UK delivery will take 10 - 12 days.

Delivery Charges are as follows:

1.  UK First Class:         £3.50

2.  Europe:                    £9.50

3.  Rest of the World:     £10.50


Returns

Return of any faulty products will receive a full refund.

We also accept general returns. Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery.  We do ask that you try to ensure that all returned products are in re-sellable condition, and have their tags and original packaging intact. Please give us a call to discuss any problems on 0161 929 1472.

We do not provide free post and packaging for returns
